NC999 Terms and Conditions —
Rules of Platform Use

By accessing the NC999 platform — whether through the website at nc999.win or through the NC999 mobile app — and by registering an account or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and NC999.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform. Continued use of NC999 after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated version. NC999 recommends checking this page periodically so you remain aware of any changes.

These Terms should be read alongside the NC999 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming guidelines, both of which are incorporated by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and NC999.

To register and use NC999 you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. NC999 operates strictly as an adults-only platform and does not permit access to minors under any circumstances.
• You must be registering on your own behalf, not on behalf of another person or any legal entity.
• You must not already hold an active or previously suspended NC999 account.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion arrangement currently in place on the platform.
• You must be acting within the laws applicable to your own jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to determine whether using an online gaming platform is lawful in your location.

Each player may hold only one NC999 account. Duplicate accounts — whether held by the same individual or operated on their behalf — are prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, all related accounts may be suspended and balances forfeited.

When registering you are required to provide accurate, complete and current personal information including your full name, date of birth, email address and contact number. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your username or password with anyone. NC999 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission, contact NC999 support immediately.

• One account per person, household or device where applicable.
• Account information must be kept accurate and updated when it changes.
• NC999 may carry out identity verification (KYC) checks before processing withdrawals or at any other time.
• Accounts are personal and non-transferable.

All deposits to NC999 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). NC999 supports the following deposit methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit cards, credit cards and mobile wallets. The availability of specific methods may vary and NC999 may add or remove payment options at its discretion.

Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. NC999 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. If a third-party deposit is identified, the funds will be returned and the deposit declined.

• Minimum deposit amounts apply and are shown at the time of deposit.
• NC999 does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposited funds are credited to your account balance once the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider.
• NC999 reserves the right to decline any deposit at its discretion, particularly if fraud or money laundering is suspected.

Withdrawal requests are processed in PKR. You may withdraw funds to any payment method you have previously used to deposit, subject to availability. NC999 uses withdrawal processing to the same method as the deposit where technically possible.

Standard withdrawal processing takes up to 24 hours from the time the request is approved. Platinum VIP members receive same-day processing. Diamond VIP members receive near-instant handling. Processing times may be extended during identity verification or if additional checks are required.

• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply as shown in the Deposit section.
• NC999 may request identity documents before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or large amounts.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn — see Section 6.
• NC999 reserves the right to delay a withdrawal if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud or a breach of these Terms.
• Withdrawals will only be paid to accounts verified as belonging to the registered account holder.

NC999 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. Each promotion comes with its own set of terms — including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games and expiry dates — which are stated clearly on the relevant promotion page.

General bonus rules that apply across all NC999 promotions unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are intended for personal, recreational use only. Any attempt to exploit bonuses through systematic play, multiple accounts or coordinated wagering is prohibited.
• Wagering requirements must be completed before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, household or IP address.
• Bonus funds expire if wagering requirements are not met within the stated time period.
• NC999 reserves the right to modify, cancel or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• If a bonus has been claimed in error or under false pretences, NC999 may reclaim the bonus and any associated winnings.

All bets and wagers placed on NC999 are subject to the rules of the relevant game or market. Game rules are displayed within each game or betting market. By placing a bet you confirm that you have read and accepted the relevant rules.

• A bet is confirmed only once the platform has accepted it and issued a confirmation. Bets not confirmed due to technical error or network failure are not valid.
• NC999 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event or outcome that was incorrectly priced due to a manifest error.
• For sports betting — including cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football and esports — settlement is based on the official result of the relevant governing body.
• In live casino games, the decision of the dealer or game system is final once the result is declared. Technical faults during a live game session are handled per the provider's standard protocol.
• Slot game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation. NC999 does not influence individual game results.
• Maximum win limits may apply on individual games and are shown in the relevant game information.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the NC999 platform. Engaging in any of these will result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one NC999 account.
• Providing false, misleading or stolen identity information during registration or verification.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts or software to interact with the platform in any way.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or sports market.
• Attempting to exploit software errors, display glitches or manifest pricing errors for financial gain.
• Using the platform to launder money or conduct any other financial crime.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent payment methods or chargebacks.
• Sharing account access or selling, transferring or assigning your account to another person.

NC999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its sole discretion. Reasons for suspension or closure include but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision within these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, collusive or money laundering activity.
• At the account holder's own request for self-exclusion or account closure.
• A determination that the account holder is under 18 years of age.

Where an account is closed due to a Terms breach, NC999 may withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. Where an account is closed at the player's own request and no Terms breach is involved, the remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player through their verified payment method after standard processing checks.

NC999 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By registering an account you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that policy.

NC999 uses your data to manage your account, process transactions, verify your identity, provide customer support, send promotional communications where you have opted in, and to detect and prevent fraud. NC999 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared with payment providers, identity verification services and game providers only to the extent necessary to operate the platform.

NC999 is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable gaming environment. Gaming on NC999 is intended as entertainment for adults who are in control of their spending and time. If gaming stops being enjoyable or starts affecting your daily life, finances or relationships, the platform provides tools to help.

• Deposit limits: You can set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits from your account settings. Limits take effect immediately.
• Session reminders: Set time reminders so you are aware of how long you have been playing.
• Self-exclusion: You can request a temporary break or permanent self-exclusion from the platform at any time by contacting support.
• Reality checks: Regular on-screen reminders of your session duration and net spend are available.

NC999 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While NC999 works to ensure continuous availability and fair gameplay, it cannot guarantee that the platform will always be free from interruptions, errors or technical faults.

• NC999 is not liable for losses arising from service interruptions, connectivity problems on the player's side, device failures or third-party payment processing delays.
• NC999 is not responsible for indirect, consequential or punitive losses of any kind.
• Where a technical error affects game outcomes, NC999 will investigate and resolve the matter in a fair manner, which may include voiding affected bets and returning stakes.
• NC999's maximum liability to any player in connection with any single incident is limited to the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days prior to the incident.

NC999 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, NC999 will notify registered players by email or through an in-platform notification. The updated Terms will take effect from the date stated in the revision notice.

Continued use of the NC999 platform after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the updated Terms you must stop using the platform and may close your account by contacting support.
